Aerolatte Milk Frother, Satin Finish

Aerolatte Milk Frother, Satin Finish

Amazon.com
This cute handheld milk frother is fun and easy to use; British celebrity chef Nigella Lawson recommends it over steam-driven frothers. Plus, in addition to its most popular use–creating delicate foam for homemade cappuccinos, lattes, or hot chocolates– the Aerolatte milk frother can be used for other, equally yummy treats. An enclosed recipe sheet offers ideas for fruit “shakes” and coffee frappes that can be made with any kind of cow, goat, sheep, soy or rice milk! Some restaurant chefs even froth milk to foam garnish earthy soups. The frother is easy to use, with a simple black toggle button to turn it on. Hold the stainless steel head just below foam level to keep froth building. The shape of the steel-toned, satin-finished handle is curved in the right places and flattened on the sides for a comfortable grip. When it’s time to replace the batteries, a black ridged cover slides off to reveal the battery chamber. (It?s important to use alkaline batteries with the Aerolatte milk frother.) To clean, turn the frother on and dip the whisk in hot soapy water; rinse well, and turn again briefly to spin dry. Wipe the handle with a damp cloth; do not immerse handle in water. The whisk is not removable from the battery handle. The milk frother measures 8-1/2 by 1-1/2 inches. Two AA alkaline batteries are included, as well as a recipe and instruction sheet. Aerolatte guarantees the Original Steam-Free frother for five years. –Garland Withers

    Newer model not as good
I have two Aerolattes, one is several years old, the other is brand new. The new one feels like cheap plastic, the switch is hard to operate and seems about to break, and it…

    Good, but…
Nice product, does what it claims. BUT, expected it to be a bit more powerful. It’s just adequate.

    I’d buy a Cheaper Model
After reading several good reviews, I purchased this item, however, I’d suggest finding a cheaper model elsewhere. It’s not all it’s cracked up to be.

    It works.
Having this item for a week now I can say it does what it is supposed to do. One thing I found while using this is to be careful on not to press to hard against a cup while…

    Not as good as hoped
I had high hopes for this product. I love chi tea lattes, but its expensive to buy one every morning, and I’m lactose intolerant.

    Junk plastic
Plastic body is splitting at seam. Battery door is loose.
Stopped working after a few uses.

    Excellent!!
Fantastic little item! Whips the milk right up. I use it for my Espresso coffee and enjoy adding a little half & half to a glass of orange juice and frothing it!

    Best I’ve used
I bought this because of the reviews. It froths so much better and in half the time than the broken one I am replacing. In fact, I bought another one to keep in the RV.

    Excellent results!
This thing will froth just about anything short of cement. Not recommend for the anus though.
(Water will not froth unless it is milky water and then it will still…
