Housed in durable plastic with brushed metal accents, this compact 15-bar pump-driven espresso machine makes it easy to enjoy consistently rich, smooth espresso, topped with a thick crema. The unit features a durable stainless-steel broiler, and its unique dual-function filter accommodates both E.S.E. pods and ground espresso. To improve the extraction of rich coffee flavor, use the included coffee tamper to compress the grounds, then twist the tamper slightly to polish the surface of the grounds. The semi-automatic appliance allows for choosing between a small or large cup, and its easy-to-use control dial offers steam, off, preheat, and brew selections. For excellent cappuccinos, the espresso maker’s variable steam control and steam nozzle mixes steam and milk to create a rich, creamy froth. Other highlights include a removable 5-cup water tank for simple filling, power/function indicator lights, a cup-warming surface on top, and a removable drip tray. The espresso machine measures approximately 11 by 14 by 12 inches and carries a one-year limited warranty.
