Ideal for large-size rooms up to 640 square feet, this air conditioner features a 12,000-BTU cooling capacity and an energy-efficiency rating of 10.8. The unit’s electronic controls with full-function remote capabilities make it simple to operate, plus offer a filter-check reminder, while its three-speed fan, eight-way air direction, energy saver and sleep modes, 24-hour on/off timer, and auto cool provide added convenience. Not as effective as larger model
I bought this “compact” model to replace a dimensionally larger 12,000 btu Frigidaire unit 8 years old.

Motor for air circulation and 89 step speed control for this fan motor makes a loud hum disturbing whole house…can’t get away from noise.
