Lekue Silicone Steamer
Lekue has done it again, they have found a great use for silicone in the kitchen. Their two tiered steamer is designed like the Chinese classic bamboo steamer, but uses 100 % platinum silicone which is both hygenic and easy to care for. The lid creates a vacuum seal and only allows a small amount of steam to escape as it does it’s job – creating plenty of heat to steam poultry, fish, meats, veggies, dumplings and more.
